What happens if I don't pay after my trial?
Your account doesn't get switched off or deleted. It moves to our permanent Free plan — you keep your first 2 animal records and all your historical data, with milk, breeding, health and finance logging for those animals. Reports, SMS reminders, worker access and the feed tools pause until you upgrade to Basic or Pro — upgrade any time and everything switches back on instantly.
Pricing Questions
When does my free trial end?
Your 30-day free trial starts the day you register, with full access to every feature including the AI advisor and feed planner. You can upgrade to Basic or Pro at any time — before or after the trial ends. Your data is never deleted.
What happens if I don't upgrade?
You move to our permanent Free plan: 2 animal records with core logging, no reports, SMS reminders or feed tools. Upgrade whenever you're ready and it all switches back on.
How do I pay with M-Pesa?
After your trial, you will receive an M-Pesa payment request via SMS. Pay to our paybill number using your farm ID as the account number. Your account upgrades automatically within 5 minutes.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes — pay 10 months, get 12. Annual Basic is KES 5,400 (saves KES 600). Annual Pro is KES 8,640 (saves KES 960). Contact us to arrange.
