Plain-language terms for using KilimoDairy.
1. Using KilimoDairy
KilimoDairy is a farm management tool for dairy farmers and suppliers in Kenya. By registering, you agree to use the platform only for lawful farm management purposes.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password. Worker PIN codes are your responsibility — remove workers promptly when they leave your farm.
3. Your data
You own your farm data. KilimoDairy stores it securely on your behalf. We will never sell or share your data without your explicit consent.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via M-Pesa. There are no refunds for partial months. Your data is retained for 90 days after subscription expiry before deletion.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance via SMS. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Suspended accounts can appeal by contacting support@kilimo.dairy.
